He told Sky Blue World: "It's all about the players. I've felt all along that we were very close to going the sort of run we are on now and I've stressed that to the squad that they don't listen to outside influences, that they keep believing in what they are doing. I think the players themselves over the last six weeks have had a few get-togethers socially which has helped team spirit and that I've encouraged as well, so I think it is their team spirit which has seen them through recently and they've had results to go with it.
