It Was A Stonewall Penalty - Pressley

Coventry City manager Steven Pressley felt that his side were denied a stonewell penalty during the defeat to Bristol City.

Speaking to Matt Joyce, Pressley said: "I believe the referee has missed a big call with the penalty incident in the first-half. I've seen it again, spoken to the officials after the game and it is a stonewall penalty.

"The tackle on Josh McQuoid is undoubtedly a penalty, I've seen it a couple of times."

Josh McQuoid backed up his manager when he told Tom Bloomfield: "It certainly felt like a penalty at the time. He's come in unfairly and gone over the ball. He did get the ball eventually but got more of me than he did the ball."
