Rumours abound that Arena Coventry Limited are trying to line up Madonna to play five nights at the Ricoh Arena.
The venue, which is looking for alternative ways of making money, now that its major tenants Coventry City Football Club have been taken out of the 32,000 capacity stadium by CEO Tim Fisher and his cohorts. is rumoured to be wanting Madonna, who has had a string of hits going back to the 1980's, to play five nights in the stadium bowl in 2014, where she is expected to be promoting her new album.
