Introducing The Supporters Consultative Group

Last updated : 28 September 2014 By SCG

The Coventry City Supporters’ Consultative Group holds monthly meetings with the football club to address matters of mutual concern and seriousness. It is entirely independent and made up of about fifteen members from a wide demographic of supporters and supporters’ groups. It provides a mouthpiece for anyone with an interest in the club, whatever their age, race, sex or physical ability and wherever they may live.

The SCG has continued to meet with Tim Fisher and senior management throughout this difficult period and, by necessity sometimes, at a variety of unexpected venues. The meetings are an opportunity for the club to listen to its supporters and for supporters to listen to their club.

The return to the Ricoh has made unprecedented demands on everyone.  A summer of preparation has had to be crammed into a fortnight. If there are difficulties, the SCG wants to hear about them. Your comments, your ideas and your suggestions are vital. We are looking for positive contributions on anything that could enhance the experience of supporters at the Ricoh, anything that could help Steven Pressley and his team.
