International Action For City Old Boys

A number of former Coventry City players were in international action tonight.

Former City keeper Keiren Westwood and forward Robbie Keane played for the Republic Of Ireland in a 4-1 win in the Faroe Islands.

Oliver Norwood played for Michael O'Neill's Northern Ireland who achieved an excellent 1-1 draw in Portugal. Niall McGinn opened the scoring on the half hour mark and it was not until ten minutes from time that Postiga levelled.

Gary Caldwell and Danny Fox played in Scotland's 2-0 defeat away to Belgium.

Jordan Henderson played for Stuart Pearce's England U21's in a 1-0 win in Serbia which sees them qualify for the 2013 European Championships.

Aron Gunnarsson was injured and missed Iceland's 2-0 home defeat to Switzerland.
