Northampton Town Chairman David Cardoza believes that SISU will pay the rent to use Sixfields Stadium.
Speaking to BBC Northampton, Cardoza, who could face a challenge for the redeveloped stadium and properties on the Sixfields from SISU who are far more interested in land and property than football clubs, said: "In terms of rent, I don't want to get into the politics of what has happened in Coventry already but I am very confident they will pay us.
"I'm not concerned as I know that they have the ability to pay the rent, they just haven't wanted to."
