Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray has said that he did not see the penalty claim during City's 0-0 draw at Notts County.

Frank Nouble was pulled down in front of the City supporters who were callng for a spot kick but Mr Simpson, who gave the Sky Blues little all afternoon, waved away the appeals from the City players.

Speaking about this to Tom Bloomfield, Mowbray said: I didn't see the penalty claim, I was sat down in the dugout with people in front of me. Everyone on the bench jumped up and thought it was a penalty.

"It doesn't matter, it's gone now and you're not going to get it given now. That's football and Saturday we have another big game to win."
