Coventry City manager Tony Mowbray told the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole that he thought trialist Fabien Robert did alright in the game at Newport County.
Mowbray said about the former Swindon Town player: :"He played at Swindon last year, he's French and we're just having a look really.
"He's a nice kid who has been on the training ground for the last few days and he was in the team today because we were short on a few bodies."I thought he did all right but, again, the young players we've often talked about did all right as well and applied themselves to what we asked them to do."
