I Should Have Saved It - Burge

Coventry City goalkeeper Lee Burge has said that he was disappointed to have been beaten by another free kick.

Burge was beaten by a Mark Yeates free kick in the 69th minute which gave Bradford City a 1-1 draw at the Sky Blues and keep City just above the relegation zone.

Speaking to BBC Coventry & Warwickshire, Burge said:" We had the better chances and it is frustrating that we did not win.

"I'm disappointed to have been beaten by the free kick. It should not have happened.

"They had bodies in the wall and I had my markers coming in so I did see it late but I shouldn't be beat and I should have saved it.

"I am looking to correct it next time and I will get there as I am getting experience with every game.

"The late save was one of the better moments in the game. It's nice to pull off those saves, I didn't think I was going to get there to be honest because he was close, but thankfully I got there. It's a good save but I need to keep working to improve my game, I hope there are more moments like that until the end of the season."
