Coventry City U21's two goal hero Callum Wilson said that he acted on U21's boss Lee Carsley's instructions.

Wilson scored twice and speaking to Nick Connell after the 4-2  win against Wigan Athletic, Wilson said: "Lee Carsley basically said to me to go out and treat it like I would a first team game and play the way I would for the first team and I think I did that.

"He said today's game was a chance to show my character and attitude and make a statement so to score two goals and get another near-enough 90 minutes under my belt was really pleasing."
