Adam Le Fondre has said that he feels he was right to sign for Reading over Coventry City.
The former Rotherham hitman will be part of the Royals team which comes to the Ricoh Arena this Saturday and Le Fondre told the Crowthorne & Bracknell Times: “I know (Coventry) had a firm interest in me, but I picked the better club.
“Coventry are a good club, but with the way Reading develop players and the platform they have here, it is a great way for me to improve as a player and go forward.”
