Mark Marshall has said that he enjoys working with Coventry City manager Steven Pressley.
Speaking to Keiran Crowley, Marshall said: "The way the manager comes across, I like it. The hard work we've got to put in every training session in something you start to look forward to. Every day is a challenge.
"The manager is a nice guy. He stamps his authority on situations though which is good because nothing will get out of control.
"He has a direction and a way he wants to manage the side, and as a player, you either buy into it or you don't. I'd like to think I've brought into it."
