Blair Adams has said that he has no regrets leaving Coventry City.
Adams was writing in a blog for the Notts County website ahead of Saturday's game against the Sky Blues at the Ricoh Arena and said: "I have no regrets leaving.
"I have fond memories of the club. The fans, the team there and the stadium, but it was time to move on and I am extremely excited to be going back with Notts, hopefully returning to Meadow Lane with three points!"
