Coventry City defender Jordan Clarke feels that his form has been consistent this season.
Clarke, stopped Marlon King from scoring last Sunday and told Andy Turner of the Coventry Telegraph in response to a question asking if he was in the best form of his carrer: “I think so because so far I have been consistent this season, and even back to the pre-season.
“All along all I have said to myself is be consistent and play to a certain level in every game, and I feel I’m doing that.”
He added: “People are asking me what’s my best position now and, to be honest, I don’t know. But I am really enjoying centre-back and as long as we’re winning I don’t mind playing anywhere.
“I feel I can read the game well and me and Andy Webster seem to complement each other because he wins a lot of headers, although I win my fair share, and I’ve got a bit of pace.”
