I Don't Feel Any Pressure - Cody

Coventry City’s Cody McDonald feels that he is under no pressure as the only outfield player actually signed by City this season.

The former Norwich forward, who is back from a ten week lay-off due to a knee injury, told the CT’s Alan Poole: “I was the only outfield player brought in during the summer to try to turn things round and I know that the fans haven’t seen the best of me yet.

“But I don’t really feel pressure because you can only go out and do your best.

“If people don’t think that’s good enough, that’s their opinion, but I’m confident in my own ability.

“I haven’t had any reserve games yet – there’s one at Birmingham on Tuesday which I’m really looking forward to – and if I can get a nice run I’m sure I can score in this league and play a part in Coventry getting out of relegation.”
