"We can't hang our hopes on 18 year old kids. It is nice to give them a taste of it but you've got to bring them out of the team to support them," Coleman said to the CT.
"You can't expect them to do it week in, week out, They're not ready for it, mentally or physically. At a push, they can do it over three or four games in a row.
"It's not fair to say they will get 15-20 games a season. They can half a dozen games throughout the season.
"One may have an exceptional season and play a dozen - but it's a long, long season and they are too young to be apart of that for the next eight to nine months.
