Coventry City Ladies manager Paul Cudby has wished Mark Robins all the best in his new role as manager of Coventry City.
Speaking about what a City manager needs, Paul Cudby tweeted: "Right now; the new manager has a huge job!
"He needs to 1) Re-invigorate players & staff to buy in to their chosen style and direction, 2) Work within the financial limitations and constraints, and most importantly, 3) Build trust and engagement with the fans again. Lots of honesty needed, and support. Fingers crossed the new manager gets time."
