Huddersfield Town are to seek permission from Coventry City's Board to speak to manager Mark Robins, according to a number of reports.

The Terriers are understood to have made Robins, who was appointed City manager in September, their number one candidate and he is favourite with a number of bookmakers.

Robins, who has taken City from the bottom four to within twelve points of the top of the table, last week, said when asked about the Huddersfield job that he was happy at Coventry.
