Romain Vincelot has said that hopefully, the City support at the Ricoh Arena on Monday night for the Sky Blues 2-2 draw against Southend United.
The Frenchman told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner: “We put more and more pressure on Southend as the game went on and the fans were right behind us.
“That’s good because they can see that we were not at our best compared to other games but hopefully they could see that we were working hard and giving everything.
“Technically and tactically we weren’t at our best but we kept going and got something and I think the fans were happy with the spirit and it’s going to be very important to keep that.”
