Coventry City defender Cyrus Christie has tweeted that he hopes to be back quicker than the six months being predicted following him having a knee operation after suffering knee ligament damage.
Christie thanked every one who had sent him messages of support and tweeted: "Thanks for all the messages about my injury hopefully be back quicker than expected and will be back fitter and stronger."
