Coventry City midfielder Conor Thomas needs hip surgery, the Sky Blues have confirmed.
Thomas, again has had an injury wrecked season and will now undergo surgery with Tony Mowbray telling the Coventry Telegraph's Alan Poole: “He’s been very unlucky.
“He looked so good in pre-season but he had those two concussions at the start of the season and now it’s looking likely that he will need an operation.
"You’ve got to feel sorry for him but the only solution is to get himself fit and then get back to hard work.”
