Micky Adams is expected to take Richard Duffy on loan for a third time. The defender currently at Portsmouth had been the subject of an enquiry for a loan by Queens Park Rangers and the move comes following the injury to David McNamee last night at Wolves.
Here Comes Duffy Again
Micky Adams told the CT: "It is too early to put a timescale on it but it is going to be weeks rather than days for David. "Richard Duffy will be added to the squad if all the paperwork is sorted and we hope to have that done by the weekend.
"We only had one fit recognised full-back last night so that is why we have been forced to play this system of wing-backs with attacking midfielders.
"Richard will come initially for a month but we may have to look for one more player on loan as well."
There has so far been no mention of a recall for Andy Whing who is on a month's loan at Brighton.
