Adrian Heath has been talking about City's opening league game of the season against Sunderland on August 6th at 1.30pm.

Said Heath who was Peter Reid's assistant at the home of the Makems to the club website: "I know from personal experience that Sunderland will sell out their end. It looks like Niall Quinn is going to take over there and I spoke to him last week and he's got big plans for Sunderland Football Club with a lot of money being put in so they'll buy players.

"If they can bed them in for the start of the season it could be a very tough game for us but it's a great way to kick things off against a massive club, with terrific vocal support.

"We might see a big crowd up to about 28,000 so it should be a great day and we've got some other great fixtures coming up not too far behind, with Leicester the next team here and difficult away games against Southampton or Cardiff and I am really looking forward to it."
