Have your say on the InForm Form project run by Coventry City's Sky Blues In The Community.
The InForm project provides informal football and health information to adult men in Coventry.
The project is free of charge and is delivered at three venues across Coventry, providing weekly football sessions, and is as much a social opportunity as it is one to improve health and fitness.
We also run workshops at the Ricoh Arena, providing information on issues such as healthy eating, or the benefits of exercise.
