Notts County caretaker manager Paul Hart has said that he was happy with his side's 0-0 draw with Coventry City

Hart told Sky Sports: We needed a goal, but I am absolutely delighted with a clean sheet.

"That's the second in succession and I am thrilled about that.

"From a clean sheet you can always win a football match. As we found out against Scunthorpe, if you concede it's very difficult.

"I am very happy with a point in this situation. We are playing reasonably well and making improvements.

"We didn't get beat and in terms of keeping confidence is very important.

"I thought it was an excellent performance after a very tough game on Friday.

"Coventry had the advantage over us in the fact they actually played last Wednesday.

"They had a longer rest, but I thought in the first half especially we played extremely well in terms of possession and so on.

"We do realise we need to win, but I maintain it's better to get something than absolutely nothing."
