Steve Harrison has thanked the City supporters, especially those who go to away games for their support this season.

Harrison, who will take charge of the team at Leicester City tomorrow, said to Sky Blue Player: "It has been difficult this season, particularly for the away fans considering our form and how unlucky we have been at times.

"But you have to work hard to make your own luck and that is what we are doing. We are going to make sure we keep our shape on the road more and make sure we aren't as open as we have been sometimes.

"Despite not picking up the best results, I have been in football for many years and I haven't seen a crowd like the one we have at the moment for many years.

“I was disappointed we couldn't get them a result at Nottingham Forest as they were fantastic. It is a two-way thing as well because after a game when we have lost, it's not 'on the road Harrison' or 'you're getting sacked in the morning' sort of thing.

"Always have fans saying, 'you played well' or 'you were unlucky today'. They are really sticking with us and that always give you the lift you need after a game."
