Chris Coleman's new assistant Steve Harrison has been talking to the club's website about his move to Coventry City and how he sees his job.

Harrison has spent the first days of pre season training getting to now the players. He has told the players that the club will go back to basics in a bid for success. He said, "This club will only go places, if it's going places on the field". I think the foundations are there, I think it's all there, but we need to put it all together on the field of play, because that's the be all and end all of success. It's about the two boxes: How you finish in one and defend in the other."

He continued, "It doesn't matter what you do in between, when you get into one box, you've got to score and when you're in your own, you've got to defend".

He concluded by saying, "I like to see a fast moving, passing game; a mobile game, with people interchanging and free flowing, but it's mainly tempo, I like to See tempo".

It's simple really and I've always kept everything like this probably because I am a simple man myself and I think player respond to simplicity".
