Coventry City have signed Leon McKenzie on a three year deal. City paid £1m to Norwich for the services of the 28 year old striker who has played for Crystal Palace and Peterbrough. Born in Croydon,McKenzie has made 170 (+ 49 as sub) appearances and scored 73 goals. He has been cautioned 25 times.

Micky Adams said to the club website: "Leon is a player who has shown his ability to score goals both in this division and the Premiership, which is a massive bonus and we are delighted to have been able to bring him to the Club.

"Leon has obvious attributes with his pace, skill and eye for a goal and it gives us added options upfront."
