Goater Goes To Print

Having retired from playing football,former City striker Shaun Goater is writing a book about his illustrious career. A cult hero at Manchester City, Goater finished his career helping Southend United to get promoted into the Championship.

Covsupport understands four pages of the book are dedicated to his time at the Sky Blues which started with a debut at Worcester City in a testimonial on March 24th 2005. No date has been forthcoming when the book will be publically available.

Elsewhere,Gavin Ward signed a one yeal at Tranmere Rovers and may now face City in a pre-season friendly on July 26th and Eoin Jess has joined Northampton Town.

Richie Partridge has signed for Rotherham United after being released by Sheffield Wednesday. The winger signed a two year deal.
