A regular at City games home and away as well as England matches for many years, Gerry was always a delight to speak to, with his passion for wanting City to do well always shining through.
He died after coming back from watching England beat Andorra 3-0 in Barcelona aged 73.
He leaves a wife Lorna,children and grandchildren.
