George Thomas has said that he is eager to sign a new contract with Coventry City.
Thomas has been offered a deal but has yet has not had the opportunity to sign the paper work and speaking to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, the Wales U19 international said: “I really, really want to sign.
“I get on with the manager and I really want to kick on at Coventry and do the best I can. Tony Mowbray is a really good manager with a good football mind and done it at top teams, so I’d love to see him here next season and be able to work with him.
“We have got a really strong age group coming through and the boys that have been offered new deals have all be together since the age of nine.
"I’m a Leicester lad but this feels like home to me because the coaches and staff have been so good to me over the years and I want to repay the faith the club has shown me over the years.”
