Robinson is a close ally of Gordon Brown who has stated his ambitions to be the next Prime Minister and the Coventry North West MP has been rumoured to be part of the Scot, who was Robinson's guest at Highfield Road on a number of occasions, plans for government.
Robinson who is a former Treasury Minister has still to announce all his plans for the club which have still not issued their annual accounts.
