The defender/midfielder has joined according to the paper for a fee of £1.5m and will make his Celtic debut on Sunday against Tottenham in the Wembley Cup.
Celtic were keen to have the deal completed tonight so that Fox could be included in Celtic's Champions League match against Dynamo Moscow next week.
