Coventry City Independent Non-Executive Director Mark Labovitch is expecting the club's accounts to be filed before the February 28th deadline set by the Football League.
SISU's late filing of accounts for the last three seasons have resulted in three transfer embargos which have prevented City managers from being able to bring in players before the start of the new season.
Mr Labovitch said at an SCG Meeting in January that he expected the accounts to be filed on time and again stressed this, at the February meeting.
