Foster In Charge

The currently appointed referee for Coventry City's Championship fixture against Queens Park Rangers on Saturday is Dave Foster.

A police officer based in Tyne & Wear, Mr Foster, who admits to being a fan of digital photograhpy and the Xbox 360, started refereeing in 1999 in Newcastle and was appointed to the National Referees List in 2006.

He has had sixteen games this season, with his last - West Brom's 3-2 win at Blackpool on February 3rd. He has shown 40 yellow cards and two red.

His one and only City game was the 1-1 draw at Burnley last season

Assistants are Chris Knowles from Northamptonshire & Steve Phipps from Oxfordshire . The Fourth Official is Rob Atkin from Lincolnshire.
