Former Sky Blue To Get Nuneaton Job

According to the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner, Nuneaton Town are set to unveil former Coventry City defender Liam Daish as their new manager this afternoon.

Daish made 34 appearances for the Sky Blues in a career which saw him play five times for the Republic Of Ireland, Portsmouth, Birmingham City, Barnet and Havant & Waterlooville.

The central defender started his managerial career as joint manager at Havant & Waterlooville and he was a caretaker manager at Welling United before taking charge of Ebbsfleet from 2005-2013.

Nuneaton will unveil their manager at the Sketchly Grange Hotel at 4pm this afternoon with a press conference at which Nuneaton supporters are invited to.
