Former Shareholders Meeting Planned

There is to be a meeting of all former B shareholders of Coventry City Football Club (Holdings) Ltd.

B shareholders were forced, bribed or pressurised to sign their shares over to SISU Capital Limited following their take-over in 2007. 

This meeting will take place week commencing December 9th and full details will be on the club website and in the media on 15th November.

A letter sent to all B Shareholders of the company, signed by Tim Fisher said that an application had been made for voluntarily striking off the company from the register of companies on October 30th and a copy of the Striking Off form signed by Mr Fisher and Mark Labovitch, giving Otium Entertainment's Group address as City's training ground at Ryton, was enclosed.
