Roy O'Donovan who was released by City earlier in the season scored for Cork City in a 3-0 victory against Dublin City. O'Donovan is on trial at the Southern Irish Republic first division club and Cork manager Pat Dolan said to RedFM: “Roy’s a good player. Nothing’s decided. He’s a Cork boy and we’ve got to sit down, but it’s early days. I rate him very highly, he’s versatile and can play anywhere across the middle and up front.”
