Former Coventry City midfielder John Eustace could be on his way out of Stoke City. Plagued by injury,the Birmingham born player is out of contact in five days time and has yet to hear anything from Stoke City. Said Eustace to the Stoke Sentinel: "I spoke to Stoke a few weeks ago about a possible contract, but there's been nothing since. "I'm still waiting for them to put something on the table. "I am getting a bit anxious and frustrated because time is getting on and other clubs have spoken to my agent. "But, at the end of the day, it's up to Stoke how long they wait. "All I can do is say I'm keen to stay so I can show what I can do now I am getting back to full fitness again."

Luton Town are interested in signing Paul Furlong  The 38 year old was released by Queens Park Rangers at the end of last season. The striker who joined City from non-league Enfield in 1991 is expected to be offered aone year deal at Kenilworth Road by Kevin Blackwell.

Former City youngster Roy O'Donovan has said there has been no deal agreed with Hull City. "I'm expecting to move on sooner or later but there's nothing sorted yet," said the Cork City striker to the Irish Mirror. "Sometimes in football you have to go with your head rather than your heart and I've not been offered a new contract by Cork City. "I want to challenge myself on a higher stage. There is a good future for City, unfortunately I won't be part of it but I'll be doing my best to help them get to the second round (of the Intertoto Cup). It's nothing against Cork City but just my own ambitious streak."
