Former City Trialist Found Guilty of Drink Driving

Former Coventry City trialist keeper Peter Shilton has been found guilty of drink driving.

Shilton, who played for City in friendlies at Finn Harps and St Albans on trial, was arrested near his partner's home in Colchester on February 24th.

The 63 year former England international appeared in court this morning and was banned from driving for twenty months after pleading guilty to a drink-driving charge. He was ordered to pay fines and costs totalling £1,020.
