Former City Striker Dies

Former Coventry City centre forward Eddy Brown has died aged 86.

Brown played for City between 1952 and 1954 scoring 50 goals in 85 matches before he was sold to Birmingham City for £9,000.

He also played for Southampton and Leyton Orient in a sixteen year long career.
