Former Coventry City loanee Craig Hignett has been appointed Coach and Reserve Team Manager at Hartlepool United.
Hignett, who played eight times for City during 2002 scoring twice, is a former Hartlepool player, playing for them in 2007.
Hignett has been appointed along with Colin Cooper, who will take over from John Hughes at Pools boss next season.
