Former Coventry City youngsters Ashley Cain and Liam Francis have joined Tamworth FC.
Cain, (pictured below) who won the first ever Covsupport News Service City U18's Player Of The Year Award, and made seven appearances for the Sky Blues first team after coming through the ranks to play for the U18's and Reserves.
Cain, who played for Mansfield last season has signed a one year deal.
Defender Liam Francis who had the nickname "Spider" at Coventry has joined Tamworth on a year long contract from Hednesford Town. He has the option of another year if he plays enough matches for the Conference side, managed by former Coventry Sphinx manager Marcus Law.
