Coventry City manager Andy Thorn feels that Nottingham Forest today would be a great place for City's first away win of the season.

Speaking to Sky Blue Player, Thorn said: "It is a big game and people call it a six-pointer. You don't get six points for it but it does have that feel about it, especially after Tuesday's result.

"We're right in it and it would be ideal to get that first away win under our belts. It has to come at some stage as we haven't being playing badly away from home.

"We just haven't got the luck or the results we need so far and we need to put that right. To do that against Forest would be a massive boost.

"It is important we don't get carried away and that we build on the performance on Tuesday as even though it is a good win, we want to use it for a base to get more results.

"There is never an easy game in the Championship and this is another example of that. But we will be going there trying to win as we know we are good enough to do that.

"They will definitely want to get the three points as well so it will be a real battle, but we are prepared for that.

"It is up to us to turn in a decent performance for ourselves and of course, the fans who are also giving their all. If we can do that, then hopefully we get come away on Saturday with the elusive first win.

"We want to deservedly stay in the league as we are good enough and we just need to keep picking up points.

"I haven't got a target in mind but we are going into every game trying to win it."
