Former Coventry City forward Dion Dublin has said that football will never get rid of racism.
Speaking to The Sun, Dublin is quoted as saying: “Racism is in society, therefore it’s in football.
“You won’t get rid of it, it’s just trying to reduce it to the smallest percentage we possibly can.
“There are always going to be ignorant, uneducated individuals who are going to be racist.
“I’m not just talking about towards black people, I’m talking towards white people, Chinese people, Asian people – there’s always going to be racism towards somebody.”
