The Football League are planning a number of changes which they would like clubs to help enforce.
All the clubs have been written to with a number of proposals including a four twenty team divisions which would reduce the number of midweek matches, a new format for the JPT, A winter break, Removal of FA Cup replays, Consideration to be given to moving some rounds of the FA Cup to midweek and the future of the Community Shield.
