Coventry City manager Steven Pressley has said that John Fleck is a player who could be considered for the Scottish national side.
The City boss told the Coventry Telegraph's Andy Turner about Fleck who has been in excellent form this season: “Some of our players have rightly had a lot of attention this season but over the first seven games John Fleck has been nothing short of outstanding.
“I don’t want to push him too soon but I think if he keeps this form then, without doubt, he could be a player who Gordon Strachan could consider in his squad.
“I know Gordon. He’s due to come in to see me some time. I played under him and have got great respect for him. It’s only seven games into the season but if John continues with those levels of form for a sustained period then, without doubt, I would pick the phone up to Gordon and make him aware of his situation.”
