Coventry City will only have ten points deducted and Otium Entertainment Group have been given the Golden Share following a meeting with the Football League.
The Football League decided only to deduct the Sky Blues ten points whilst giving the Otium Entertainment Group which has Tim Fisher, who was a director of the distressed CCFC Ltd, as a director, the golden share which will enable them to take part in Football League matches.
The Football League have also given the club permission to play their home matches at Sixfields Stadium.
