Coventry City CEO Tim Fisher has said that the club's future path is clear and that involves building a new stadium.
Writing in his programme notes for the defeat against MK Dons, Mr Fisher wrote;" Off the pitch, I am sure everyone is aware that there has been a court case this week and that, in two months time, there is a judicial review.
"I won't go over the details but whatever the outcomes, the club's future path is clear.
"I met again this week with the Stadium Forum and with Mike Best of Turley Planning Consultants who is working on the project with us and is an expert in this field, having worked with several football clubs.
"I completely understand that many if not the majority of supporters - are waiting for a land deal to be announced before they actually believe that the new stadium is going to be s reality.
"But I would still urge them to get in touch with Sandra Garlick to pass on their thoughts and ideas because this is an opportunity to have your say about the future home of your football club."
