According to the Coventry Telegraph's Simon Gilbert, Coventry City owners Sisu's appeal over the Judicial Review decision made in favour of Coventry City Council will not now take place until February.
It had been hoped for a date in October but 'a floating two day window' starting on February 2nd or February 3rd subject to court schedules has been decided upon.
